G&W 5 Star Whiskey was once produced in Canada, formerly owned by and named for Gooderhamd and Warts, once one of the largest distilleries of Canada. The brand merged with Hiram and Sons in the 1920's. Great history behind this company.
Excellent condition, thick, compressed, layered fiber board is what these types of ad items were of. Scratching across the area for innings 5,6,7, appears to be a paper wrinkle above the word 'Every'.  This sign has been preserved for the last 25 years framed behind glass, Fantastic item that you will not find anywhere.
Measures approx 35" x 16" x 2" with frame. This sign displays greatly as is, very heavy, will impact shipping costs. These signs were used in most bars for score keeping while listening to the game on a radio, highly sought after, I am selling off my husbands collection of the past 30 plus years.
