The screened lettering on the outer cage is not totally perfect, as shown in the first pic.Cage plates are not grooved, pivots are tight, and the return spring is quite stout.The "endless band" 28.6mm clamp/ strap assembly is complete, and in perfect working order.Please review photos to confirm condition.
