This beautiful wicked witch is a doll from Tonner's Wizard of Oz collection and was issued in 2006. She has the fully articulated Tyler AR/BW body with bending elbows, wrists and knees and high heel feet.  Her eyes are hand painted, her skin is green and her reddish raven hair is beautifully styled in an up-do. She is New, Mint and has never been removed from the box, box  Mint.
