This is a New pair of B Bar B Western Leather Chink / Chaps.
These Chink Chaps made by B Bar B Wholesale in Blackfoot, Idaho are made with quality leather and are great for both work and pleasure riding.
B Bar B has been making Quality Chaps and Chinks since 1961.
These are 3/4 length chaps that secure to the upper leg with two snaps on each side.
The Chinks pictured are the ones you will

. They are in Perfect, New condition.

, the person shown in the last picture has a 33" waist. As you can see in the picture, the buckle is in the middle hole, with 4 holes in either direction to adjust size, which equals 3". So in the current configuration, these Chinks would most likely fit someone in the 30" to 36" waist.
The back belt is laced on in v-braid fashions and can be adjusted 3" larger, making the Chinks fit someone up to 39" waist. The back belt could be adjusted smaller than 30", but this would require additional holes being punched in the leather.
The person is 6'2" tall and the bottom of the
tassels
come down to about 5" below the knee cap
