    This item is straight out of the Box. I was never able to put them in before I got a new bike and just have these sitting around. They fit the 06 and later Dyna, the 07 and later Soft tale, and touring models.The price is on the side of the Box straight from Harley Davidson. It is 9.95, however i would be happy to get 0. These have not been put in a bike and are waiting for someone to put in their bike for the performance change.
