Vintage Brown Suede Leather with Green Fringe Tall Chaps

I purchased these from a vintage seller , I purchased them for a Halloween costume. My son is pretty tall about 6’2”
Please see all photos, the brown is a bit darker than the photos. The photos make them look lighter, not as chocolate brown as they actually are in person. Picture #2 and #3 is more of the accurate color.
I didn’t see any Maker,no size. Perhaps custom? Really nice pair, they are super thick and heavy. They weigh about 6 lbs

They have a few spots in the front, perhaps a good leather cleaner may help.
