Pre-owned in excellent slight use condition.  Soft med-heavy leather, heavy duty leg zipper, Waist is 36-38", leg wrap is 25" at top - 18-1/2" at the bottom, length is 43" (excludes fringe).  fringe is 5-1/2". Weigh - 4.5 lb.
