These extra soft 25+ year old buck suede chaps with fringes have adjustable belt for size 29-34 waist and the inseam with good quality zipper is 34...add 5" for the part that goes over the boot top.  They have been worn and tere is black dscoloration from a boot top(?).  The ornaments are all silver plated and tarnished.
